The California Rice Commission is pleased to report that no GM trait detections were found in any of the 2007 foundation, registered, certified or grade seed that was tested.
All entities that submitted rice seed for sampling have received a copy of the comprehensive testing results provided by the laboratory and a letter certifying these results.

NOTE: Lab results are presented in two parts. Part 1 contains the results of the individual tests. Part 2 contains sample marks for the corresponding rice varieties in each test lot.
NEW-2007 California rice crop testing shows no GM detections

The California Rice Commission is pleased to release information from testing of samples of the fall, 2007 harvest. No GM detections were found during the testing.
