Ingredients:

| 1 q | dehydrated onions* |
| 2 q | onions, chopped |
| 1 q | green bell pepper, chopped |
| 3 gal | cooked California medium grain brown rice** |
| 3 gal | canned pinto beans, drained |
| 3 q | prepared barbeque sauce |
Directions:
1| Heat oil, add onions and bell pepper. Cook 8 to 10 minutes.
2| Add rice, beans and barbeque sauce to onions and bell peppers, stir well until thoroughly heated and well blended.
* Hydrate according to package directions
** Cooked California medium grain white rice can be substituted, if desired.
