Ingredients:

| 1 c | California rice |
| 1 c | mayonnaise |
| 1 clv | minced garlic |
| 4 ea | green onions, tops too |
| 1/4 c | small grated carrots |
| 1/2 c | chopped celery |
| 1 ea | salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions:
Cook rice, allow to cool. Add mayonnaise. Stir in garlic. Add green onions, carrots and celery. Salt and pepper to taste.
