Rice Cooking Basics

Rice Salad


Ingredients:

Amount Ingredient
1 c California rice
1 c mayonnaise
1 clv minced garlic
4 ea green onions, tops too
1/4 c small grated carrots
1/2 c chopped celery
1 ea salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

Cook rice, allow to cool. Add mayonnaise. Stir in garlic. Add green onions, carrots and celery. Salt and pepper to taste.
